Check in and Out
Check-in from 16:00 hours on day of arrival
Let us know in advance what time you’ll arrive.
Check-out by 10:00 hours on day of departure
Cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours after booking and you’ll get a 100% refund providing arrival date is 14 days ahead or more.
Cancel over 7 days up to 13 days from arrival date and you’ll get a Partial refund of 50%.
Cancel within 7 days or arrival and you’ll get a No refund.
Payments
If your booking is less than 60 days away we will take payment in full.
For bookings over 60 days away we take a 25% deposit.
You will make payment for your booking using our payment gateway Paypal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account as you can still pay using your card on Paypal’s website.
Other terms
The property is not suitable for young children and does not provide facilities such as safety gates, stove guard, high chairs, cots etc.
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
The minimum age for the lead booking is 18.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
