Impressive large structure which carries the Settle Carlisle Railway line. It is located North of Yorkshire Dales and stands at 32 meters above the ground with an impressive 24 stone arches.
The Ribblehead Viaduct also sits prominently at the foot of Yorkshire’s highest peak, Whernside. Starting out walking this peak takes you right up to the foot of the viaduct and if tackling the full circular walk, back underneath the structure on your return.
